Lanita is amazing. She and I work to find the problem and get to a solution. She always recommends that I talk about my feelings, discuss why I am feeling that way, and how we can change that to be something else - because that's always why I am bothered - it's not what I want it to be. Her process for getting me to find a solution for myself - which is where this will go when I'm ready (I'm getting there, but not there yet) will be extremely valuable in the long run. I can already see it working in my life. I love the results. Such a great relationship!
